Club Wyndham SeaWatch Resort

Perfect location for a getaway. Tucked away but close to everything in a short driving distance. The property is perfect with many pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, tiki bar and breakfast restaurant. Been to the location several times and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend!

This is the view from South Tower room 3116. It was more than enough room for the six adults and two children that we had. Great space and accommodations would be more readily available in the summer months. Obviously like the tiki bar but we very much enjoy that stay. Medieval times is in the neighborhood if you want or need a family activity and it's surrounded by a few supermarkets and super centers. Access to everything.

We had such an amazing stay at Sea Watch Resort by Wyndham. From the moment we walked in, everything felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Our room had absolutely everything we needed — a full kitchen with an oven made it so easy to cook dinners for the kids, and having laundry right in the room was a total game changer. It truly felt like a home away from home. Even though we visited during the off-season and some of the pools were closed, there were still plenty of heated pools and hot tubs open. The kids had the best time swimming and relaxing, and we never felt like we were missing out on anything. Room service was another highlight — being able to have wine or restaurant items brought right up made the stay feel extra special and convenient. But what really made this trip unforgettable was the staff. They went above and beyond to personalize our experience. The kids loved the arts and crafts activities, and the concierge team was so welcoming and helpful. They took the time to show us all the area amenities, gave us free coupon books, and even provided free concert tickets — such an unexpected and thoughtful touch. If you’re traveling with children or just want a relaxing, well-equipped, and genuinely friendly place to stay, I can’t recommend Sea Watch Resort enough. We will absolutely be back.

Me and my husband came here for a little vacation to explore and be right on the beach and this resort is absolutely beautiful the bathrooms are clean the bedrooms were clean we got the chance to go swimming we've really had a blast we loved it and enjoyed it we will be coming back the service is top notch! If anyone ever needs to get away and be right on the beach this is we're you will wanna stay its soo peaceful and quiet we love it

This resort was fabulous, had plenty of activities to keep you busy and entertained. The one bdrm condo was great. The kitchen is fully stocked all you need to bring is food. The veiw was great from the balcony and the decor in the room was beautiful. The only issue I had was one towel rack. There Is no where to hang your swim towles or bathing suit and if you have more than 2 ppl you also cant hang your shower towels to dry either.

For what it is, it was very good. Very cordial, helpful and attentive staff, the building is a little older and is right on the beach and not too far from Broadway on the Beach or the Boardwalk, but far enough where you can get peace and quiet. We were there for New Years so not crazy busy but can see where it's a great place for families in season. I would recommend it for a family.

The location of this resort is really nice, it is right on the beach and had plenty of pools/hot tubs/ lazy rivers if you prefer that. The rooms were really nice and well appointed. I did take note of a few minor needs 1) they could use towel hooks outside the primary shower so you aren't walking across the floor for a towel 2) the magnifying mirrors lights are super dim 3) the primary ceiling fan is super annoying and loud 4) the chairs in the living room are TERRIBLE. We had 4 adults in our party and trying to sit 2 people on those chairs was terrible. They are nothing more than wood with material wrapped around them. So a rainy day stuck inside was terrible!! As for service, check-in was really easy and Tammy and the young man at the main desk were super nice and helpful..... which leads me to the last and ugly part..... (par for course with Club Wyndham) Tammy asked how we had booked our trip and if we were aware of the new platform for rolling our points etc.... we weren't. So for a refundable $60.00 she set us up for a 1 hour appointment with someone to show us the new platform and what our perks were with the "new program" with no sales pitch. LIES!!! ALWAYS LIES!! First, we spend 2½ hours in a room with three people telling us that we now have less ability than what we did with this "new program" and that unless we spent $32,100 then our points don't amount to a hill of beans. Then because we are moving and cannot take on more debt at this time the sales pitch they threw at us for $32,100 is now $104,000 and that offer will be good till December. If this is their idea of a sale.... THEY ARE OUT OF THEIR MINDS!!! I can guarantee I will NOT be buying at $104k!! So not only did they essentially tell us we are nothing because "there are people who have spent money to have 750k points who are entitled to more, even if we have saved our points to equal theirs". They also did NOTHING to explain anything with the "NEW" platform they have now. Am I surprised this was our treatment? I was super shocked at first but not anymore.... I am more shocked I fell for the lies.

If you can get a week here through an Air BnB great. But never buy timeshare from these people. My parents bought timeshare from Wyndham nearly 40 years ago. They paid off their mortgage on the deed many years ago but every year the maintenance fees go up and up. My mother is 83 years old now and can’t travel. They all but refuse to let you out of the contract and now they charge my mom over $300.00 dollars a month for maintenance fees. If someone happens to the Owner then they go after the family for the money will ruin your credit. When my parents bought timeshare through Wyndham they were told maintenance fees rarely go up and also they would always be first priority for what type and room they wanted to reserve at the resort because they bought into one of their top packages. Years went by and they would get less time each year for their points and the types of condos they were able to get were less and less nice. I don’t know why people continue to fall for the timeshare nightmare. Please do your homework before buying timeshare because the laws are set up in their favor not yours.
